EQUIPMENT RENTAL POLICY & FEES

   All fees are based on a per tournament use   

COMPLETE ELECTRIC STRIP = $35.00 ( NOT INCLUDING COPPER STRIP )
        Includes the following items:  1 electric scoring box, 2 reels, 2 floor cords, 1 extension
        cord, 1 power strip, 1 weight, 1 set of shims, 1 stopwatch, 1 clipboard

 

Reel = $5.00

Scoring Box = $15.00

Floor Cord = $2.00

Weight = $5.00

Shims = $1.00

Watch & Battery = $1.00

Clipboard = $0.50

Copper Strip = $30.00

Mask Punch = $15.00

Power Strip = $1.00

Extension Cord = $2.50

Representative of club must check out and return equipment to a division officer AT THE SAN MARCOS STORAGE FACILITY.

A $50.00 deposit check must be left with the Division Officer for the items to be removed from the facility.  This check also implies complete understanding and acceptance of all requirements and rules established on this page.

The use of the Division's laptop computer or accompanying laser printer requires the presence of a Division Officer at the tournament to operate the equipment.  It is expected that the Division Officer will be compensated as per any other official hired by the Organizing Committee for their time.

Equipment must be returned no later than one week after competition, unless prior arrangements have been made with approval of a division officer.

Equipment is expected to be returned in working order.  If it is found to be non-functional when subsequently lent out or used by the division, the previously borrowing entity will be assessed an equivalent fee for replacing or repairing the item.

Equipment lost or damaged beyond repair due to mishandling or abuse by the borrowing entity is expected to be replaced at their cost within the same season or that entity will have their privileges revoked.

Equipment not found functioning at the set-up of a tournament by the Organizing Committee must be marked immediately with masking tape and a note explaining what wasn't working.
